Could someone explain if and how this affects us? Is it a good or bad thing?

Do I have to do or not do anything in order to benefit from this or at least not be bothered by this transit?

the retrogrades won't affect a native retrograde mercury as much as they influence a direct one...so you're ok...

I read somewhere this one affects your appearance so get some highlights or wax your brows or something. I don't know really. It was on tarot.com.
