Should I Stop Worrying?

I am a Libra female dateing and living with a cancer male . He says he's a loyal boyfriend but for some strange reason i FEEL he is betraying me somehow. I am a very balanced optimistic person, and avoid conflict/beingupset but deep down i REALLY feel he is doing something i would HATE.
.. mabye not cheating but something along those lines . In past relationships i NEVER EVER worried like this
Why is this different? Do cancer men tend to cheat, he seems so sneaky.

I should also say,my past relationship was with a sagitarius..
Going to a sag to a cancer is a big change. they are soo much different. ( the sag cheated on me)

Cancer men cheat under 2 circumstances:

1)they don't really like you that much and you are just something to do

2)you aren't giving them enough sex so they've found someone who does
