Yes... however there are not always good with money either... the saving is kinda a good thing but they can be to giving in the first place which is what gets them in trouble... Normally always family is a big soft spot for them... so they will let family brow maybe... even if someone has real issues and giving them money will only do harm.
Not all Caps are like that though but my grandmother and my cuz are like that. I have never take anything from my grandmother other then the food and words she offered me.
