Caps when you cancel on someone

When you cancel on someone is it because you don't want to see the person or is it simply because something came up?

Caps might be late if something came up but I haven't experienced a cancellation outright. Definitely believe that they would reschedule if that happened (if they are into you).

I was cancelled on once by a Cap ast week, he rescheduled for the following day and though he finished work late, we still met up...

If its work, I will reschedule on the person. But if I m slightly sick, i will let the person know and if he is ok with meeting I will still turn up. That is valid only for someone I m into/intrigued by...

yeah he wanted me to come over Wednesday but I couldn't and then we agreed on Thursday after he got his tattoo,Sunday is probably for the best..hes usually high when he gets a tattoo lol

Why isn't Friday or Saturday an option?
