Do Capricorns Enjoy being in charge?

I have a capricorn best friend.

He LOVES telling people what to do while we are at work. Sometimes he (what he calls) "supervises" what i am doing. Last time this happened was when i was washing my car. He would watch and tweak my washing techniques and inform me how to do it better or if i missed a spot.

HOWEVER...

Sometimes when we are out and i ask him what he wants to do/go/eat, he tells me to choose. He rarely never seems to pick unless he sees that we are not getting anywhere with my indecisiveness.

Do they like being the leaders?

I know he hates getting told what to do.... Maybe because hes "letting me choose" in specific situations, he is still the boss in his head.?

They are leaders in areas where they are confident. They don't mind handing over the reigns when they need to, on their terms and when they say. LOL! Taking charge where its not welcome may leave them feeling belittled/ridiculed.

My ex husband was a Cap. He criticized every single thing I did or believed from the parking spot I chose to the way I ran my business. Everything was a battle. To say he was controlling would be the understatement of the year. I'm not controllable so it would just lead to battles.

I'm sure that he is an extreme example and a lot of other things were at play besides him being a Cap.

But.. it's either because they care a lot or think that we're idiots wasting stuff and not using common sense or are too slow 😢 and the strange reality is they are correct % -} atleast ime. Sometimes a little too grumpy though but it's cute 😄

I agree with Libra - they always know what they're saying. If they don't know or wish to let you have your way of doing stuff - they merely watch/listen ...quietly..probably throw in some commentary here and there, with that poker face and those goat eyes. :p

Well I'm always the boss, really.

I'm just really skilled with delegation that it doesn't feel like I'm over you.

Plus I'm too busy with stuff in my head or responsibilities to micro-manage anyone.

You were a grown-up when I met you, you made the [best] choice date me. Life should be better and easier together than apart.

Bossing around a grown ass adult or being bossed around by a grown ass adult is not how things are going down. Not at all.

My mother got mad at me yesterday because instead of turning the radio down I motioned for her to do it. That irritated her lol.

Depends. If I'm given a title/duty, I will uphold to that responsibility.

I don't like to be bossy, but I will if I need to be. No problem.
