So, the Cap came by the house a few mins ago. Wanted to know if we could just go back to fucking. Of course I declined. She got mad again but calmed down pretty quick. Asking all the usual questions like WHY NOT and stuff. I just told her the truth that she asked me to not get attached so I didn't. Final goodbyes were said and she said she would move on and thanks for the chat.

The Op was romantically interested, but Cap woman rejected him. However, she had the GALL to suggest an FWB arrangement after rejecting him. If anything, the Cap woman used Op for sex, not the other way around. Arrangements and schedules were on HER terms, the FWB was HER suggestion, and he went along with it because well, why not?
And yet only AFTER Op's feelings for her died and it became purely sexual for him, nothing more, the Cap woman turns around and says SHE WANTS a relationship with him. Do you see the pattern here, MissCAPital??
