So my Cap crush with Taurus moon and Scorpio Mars is completely obsessing over work lately he will come in at the end of the day and wear this fake smile that I know means he is upset about something. When I finally ask him he lays it all out how he doesn't feel like he is learning and he is frustrated that he cares more about work than his boss. I think he is using work as a definition of his value to this world but he doesn't realize a career is not who you are even if it is your passion it is still what you do. How can I explain to him that there is more value to him than just what he does for a living with out coming off as I know him completely or that I am being critical?
