I told my friend, a female cap that i liked her because I felt that she liked me, and she would be very touchy with me, kept staring at me too much, and would say things about us being lovers that I wasn't okay with, now that I had developed strong feelings for her... I needed to set boundaries.

She reacted well, but the next day things were awkward at work, and she approached me more, but I already told her I was going to distance myself until I was able to shift my lens for her. Things were weird so we talked on the phone, and tried to process it. The next day things were weird again at work, this time on her end! I decided to meet with her and talk to her that night.

I told her to just tell me we could never be, and that would facilitate me moving on, but in the car she told me she couldnt say that to me because she also liked me, and that she was bi... so that was not the issue, but the reason we cant be together is because she just loves her boyfriend too much. There was a day I told her I was at work and finally found peace moving on, then she shows up with friends. Then she texted me that night asking how I was feeling.

She has been texting me/talking to me every day since I asked her for space. She continuously acts flirty and tries to get my attention. Is she just leading me on? Are capricorns the type to lead on? It feels more intense than before, I don't know what to do.
