1 and part of 2... you can be stingy and not have to feel bad about it.
I used to waste so much money on coffee shops a few years back. Then I bought a house and wanted to cut some corners so I bought a high end espresso machine and make my own.
I also have a weakness for clothes too. I set a budget for those things now, when before I would just get it. I make pretty damn good money and I have investments for retirement, so I was just spending freely on frivolous things lIke eating out a lot. I live in a busy area where there's tons of amazing restaurants around me.
I cut that down to half and bring lunch from home most days and cook at home. Now I'm saving about double the amount each month than before. It makes such a huge impact. There's just a tI'm where you need to buckle down and realize I'd rather have money in the bank (financial security) than things I don't really NEED.

But I spend a lot on clothes, shoes,bags,coffee, jewellery, cab, pretty things..... Especially clothes and shoes. But they look sooooo good on me 😢

I make good money & reduced my cost of living so I can save. I don't shop for clothes often & when I do 90% of the time it's out of season clearance unless it's just something I really want like I recently bought a really cut powder pink suede jacket regular price $ 99 I paid $ 30. Shoes, I have big feet so when I shop for them I usually want them in every color available smh. I can save when I'm focused, I just haven't been lately. Currently working towards re-doing their room with new furniture.
Budgets are helpful 🙂

Also since you lI've clothes as much as I do, you probably have some that you don't really wear much.
I don't know about your area but where I'm at, there's a lot of these "high end" thrift shop boutiques opening up, I've taken some of my nice clothes that i dont wear and received money for them.
They're really nice clothes, so it makes me feel better that I'm getting some of my investment back for them and not just throwing them away or letting them just sit there in my closet not being used. Just a thought to make some quick extra cash. Some friends do the eBay thing but I don't have much time for that.

I have a question! When you need space and time to reflect about whatever, a relationship issue, a problem at your job, a family conflict etc. do you obsess over what may be troubling you and just think about how to resolve that problem during this period? Or do you use that time to unwind and forget all your problems so you can recharge your batteries so to speak and come back feeling refreshed and ready to tackle any issue that you need to?
