Any cap ever experience like a mid career/life crisis or lost a sense of direction. Yea yea i know im young. But i have done so much i had a nice corporate job and i just go bored it was no longer challenging.I had a strong urge to just travel and start something of my own and life worked out as such .I have been travelling on my savings alot for the past year start a small consulting business. It was a bang at first then the fire deem and the business ended.

It like im loosing my passion .everyone expects me to be this great leader innovator and start business and this also puts a strain on my personal life . And honestly i dont have a clue im not motivated ,not truly happy but yet i feel calm. But i miss that drive of doing something important meaningful. I feel like a gypsy as travel, wine and learning new things the only thing i feeling anything for.

Any advice or views

I identify with a lot of what you said. I've left good jobs due to disinterest, lack of mobility and lack of challenge. You have Aries in your top 3 as well so this makes for a more restless Cap. I like to think about and plan my next adventure/experience. I feel stagnant if I'm not learning or experiencing something new.

I would say not to give yourself a timetable while remaining proactive. You have less control and more time than you think. You sound pretty smart and I'm guessing hardworking..so you can take your time looking for something that you'll enjoy while continuing to do the things that make you happy. Work comes easy to many Caps so make that complementary to what fulfills you.
Yea im pretty restless at times. But even with not being as busy and doing something major as everyone thinks i should be im calm .its just not my time yet really seeking my place mostly my balance. Your one point with the less control i wont lie it gets frustrating at times.

Thank you for your advice it mean alot to me .Been feeling so lost

I don't have much advice. Im much older than you and still can't figure it out...maybe because I dont want to, who knows. Ive just come to the conclusion that I just don't like working.

Anyway, what I can say is lay low from telling your family and friends your ideas and plans. Im not sure if we bring it on ourselves or what, but people do expect a lot and it can be too much when you are trying to figure out your path while keeping the expectations of others on mind...not to mention our own deep embedded extremely high standards. Sometimes we have to tell ourselves stfu too lol. Maybe you haven't felt happy because you haven't done what you wanted, or what makes you happy. If you like to travel, which Ive noticed a lot of Cappies love to do, try to find something you can do that will allow you to travel. The Cappie I graduated with travels all the time. Im not sure what her career is but I believe her job allows her to go everywhere. You do have time. More than anything block everyone else out.

I work in a grocery store to fill shelves and my boss asked me if I could manage the dairy department (not actual management) and do orders. We also sat down and planned a career so I can become a grocery manager because I like what I'm doing. And sin e you've mentioned that you like a busy place to work in, I'm the same in I tend to lose interest if it's not busy. I always have to keep myself busy. Anyway I ended up getting pulled out because I had a hard time keeping the stock full and it was challenging to me.

Its not about a busy environment more so an interesting one that changes ever so often to keep me on my toes and learning.
