I think it depends on the other placements. Both I and the Virgo guy I'm currently dating have it. We both hide our emotions but can sense the hidden emotions underneath. I'm the type that doesn't care about hearing words of endearment. I don't know yet if he is that type. So far so good.

Maybe it works better in Mutables?? Who knows. But I'm glad I can finally be a weirdo obsessive freak and he is fine with it 😄

Don't worry. Not all of them are sexually perverts. Just the majority of them are depending on their whole chart. The men of this placement is by far worse I would say. My sag lady moon sign is the strongest in her chart.
