What would cause this persons chart to not like my chart?

Why would that be?
I don't think it's the cap moon, I'm a Scorpio moon and I love cap moons and they seem to love me. If you could post the wheels it would easier to see if something is aspecting the other in a difficult way.

I have Venus in sag lol. I always make friends easy. She is really closed off though. She seems to only like / talk to men and two other air sign girls. But those girls let her control them.

U can't worry about it. But ur probably not imagining it. My libra coworker and I were pretty close but I never understood her obsessive dislike for another one of our coworkers. This girl was very flirty at work and not really pretty but very well put together. Yeah her flirtyness was a lot but it didn't bother me. She'd always say she's not pretty like us which I'd agree to but who cares? When I didn't entertain her too long she gossiped about her to someone else.
Just avoid her lol. She prob can't even help it.

As to your question, two of my best mates are Libra and Virgo and they are usually lovely people. My favourite ex is a Capricorn too so I can't see it being the moon.

Scorpios (as friendly as we can be) don't open up as easily as some would like so to some we may come across as distant and in some cases Libras have a self defence mechanism where they will not like you because they think you don't like them (not all but some).
My best friend, who is a Libra, and I didn't get off on the best foot but after 2 weeks of working together we basically became sisters. I love Libras, they truly are the best kind of friends once you click on the same level!
At the end of the day if she doesn't like you just sum it up to her loss and rise above the pettiness 🙂

I think it's the sun too. My best friends are always Leo's, virgos or Aries and sometimes cancer.
It might not have anything to do with her astrological chart and just be the fact that you are a pretty girl who she feels threatened by. Jealousy can arise from any sign.

But I've seen several libra Scorpio show downs (cousin) and libras usually stand their ground. Probably bc they're not fighting u head on. They do things like convince others so it's coming at u from all sides. My 5 year old libra niece already has this down lol. They're sweethearts tho so they usually charm the Scorpio however painful the battle to get to that point. I'm always surprised by this in the libras but I've seen it all with them lol.

Not saying that.Instead, I confirm that all is complement with her feelings, but your Rising versus her Sun is really closing the communication, she may find your are "full of it" or something like that.
