Why is he so distant?

Hello guys!

I'm in love with this Sagittarius guy, leo rising his moon is in taurus, venus and mars in capricorn and mercury in sagittarius. He's sun, venus, mars, mercury, jupiter are all in the fifth house.

I'am a Leo sun, cancer moon and venus and mars (all three in 12th house), and virgo mercury. I have 5 outer planets retrogrades while he has none.

In a synastry chart:

My sun conjucts his rising

My venus is opposite his venus and mars and this goes both ways

My moon is opposite his mars

And my mars is opposite his venus and mars

My venus conjucts his jupiter

His lilith in cancer conjucts my moon

In the house overlays

My sun is in his first house and his sun is in my 5th house

Our moons are in our 11th house

My venus is in his 11th house and his venus is in my 6th house

My mars is in his 11th house and his mars is in my 6th house

My jupiter is in his 5th house and his is in my 6th house

His Neptune and Uranus are in my 7th house and mines are in his 6th house

My pluto is in his 4th house and his is in my 5th house

Our Saturn is our 9th house

I don't know much about synastry but from what I know it's not an easy one but it still indicates strong attraction. Then why he seems distant to me all the time.

There are days when he is affectionate but most of the time I percieve him as distant. And it's been a month that we kinda grew cold.

I don’t know Sag men except my uncle but honey...if it doesn’t feel right - step back and rethink everything.

Distant usually means I’m not happy for some reason. Sometimes need space to do my thing, recharge. Is it not fun anymore? Like do you laugh together? Or perhaps is there stuff going on in his life that make him feel off balance? Or are you clingy?

I don't think anything is wrong. But you will probably get tons of options so choose what best fits your situation, I guess.

Is there a reason why you can't talk to him?

Sometimes as a Sag, I can pursue someone pretty hard but once I get them the chase is over and I start neglecting them. For me, it's just that they are a part of my circle/ life now so I don't have to try so hard. I just assume they will be there and I fall back on my natural distant ways.

It's early in the relationship. You should have a chat with him and just ask what's up.

here is where his behavior messes with you - though an f word would really tell the story better

And my mars is opposite his mars

here is what would tell one that this is going to be an uphill battle under any circumstances

The real question I have is where exactly is your Moon in Cancer? Because I suspect some Pluto and Saturn energy via transits of same is what is really going on here. Is the relationship creating obsession and oppression within your psyche? He may be, well in my view probably, a vehicle for these transits. And with a Leo Sun, Uranus may be throwing you in to a change that you are being shocked by. Not to mention His Taurus Moon being hit by Uranus as well.
