DXP POLL - Should I ruin my hair
Bleaching is so bad...but I'm ready for a big albeit temporary change
just have the use olaplex and go in phases, it doesn't have to dramatically damage your hair 🙂
She looks good. Do you have a similar skin tone?
Yes. If you feel like a change, go for it 😄

What’s your current hair like? Feel free to send me pics.
dark , dark brown.
apparently the darker your hair the longer the bleach has to be in ...which is why it's really bad for someone like me with darker hair

...and black nails? 👍Middle of finger rings too? I feel like I could never wear one of those.
I love midi rings. I think they're cute.
But I'm a boho-faux-hippie fish....

Yes you’re cute, and have more style than me! I’m just a mom and am lucky to have matching socks that day. 👎
I do like the look of them.. but I’d have to get used to them. I’ll be investigating this lol
All I got are my rings and my thirst.

You can't go from almost black to platinum in 1 setting unless you want your hair to fall out in chunks and look fried to hellIt would likely be a long process over the course of a couple months if you're dedicated
Then you also gotta be walking with nearly untoneable orange ass hair like a cheeto on your head for awhile at the beginning
Upkeep is a bitch too
yeah i hear several sessions is the best way to go.
how long between each session

or ask @brianafay she's got the same problem with her 30 YO birthday

It’s just hair

It'll look bad ass. Just maybe do a few braids first and sleep on it before doing the whole thing. #NoRagrets

Go talk to your hairdresser

she's really doesn't want to do it . ( she told me she'd get back to me and hasn't lol)
she told me to never dye my hair in the first place like 15 yrs ago
lol
she would rather give me a weave and dye that ...but I want braids
not so much just blonde style d hair.......
