COOKING WITH WINE

I love to cook with wine sometimes I even put it in the food.

one thing i do know is that wine is nearly good with anything and among that list is food on this side or in the dine. wine is good.

Yes I do just about all the cooking except indian . Den does the indian good. I love lobster but I do it with stake and butter.

i like eating anything with tobasco sauce :o

Then you would love indian. Its straing in england everyone has a indian night in the U.S. everyone goes for chineese.

Marsala wine & nearly everything. I haven't cooked any of these yet but when I'm out, if it's on the menu, where ever I am - that's what I'm having. You mostly see this as Marsala chicken breasts in Italian resterants.
