Holiday leftovers and what to do with them?

What did you do with your holiday leftovers? Did you make sandwiches, soups, etc?

My family stopped doing with traditional Christmas dinner years ago, so now we do a seafood boil/BBQ/fish fry instead. Anyway, with the leftovers I made seafood tacos with crab and shrimp drizzled with melted lemon garlic butter, capers, homemade mango salsa, and homemade (fish taco) sauce.

Did you save me some fish and shrimp with that lemon garlic ? lmao

Used to do bubble and squeak, but haven’t hosted Tday or Crimbo for a few years now, so no leftovers to speak of.

Give them to a homeless person

Or a cat or dog

I just make a nice sauce that it gives a completely different taste to the meat we ate. Right now I am about to make a sandwich with some of the rest...your post made me really hungry 😋😄
