1. I fell out of a boat into a lake while fishing with my Dad and sister since I was standing up and rocking the boat. My sister made fun of me for years about it.
2. I fell off a chairlift while swinging my ski's and they got stuck in the snow, so I did a face plant 2 feet off the ground. Chairlift operator asked me if I had a death wish.
3. I fell out of a car while my Mom was driving and she didn't even realize it until she pulled into our driveway. My Mom still makes jokes that all she heard was "Mommmeeee"
Is 2 a lie? That would freak me out to see someone in front of me fall off a lift...

I've skiied there! Went night skiing once and freaking wiped out hard, both skis flew off and I slid into a big bush...my knee still bothers me when it's cold and wet out lol.

Last winter my daughter plowed into me (her first year) and I thought I broke my tailbone. That's the last time I went, lol. I'm not as fearless as I used to be, lol.
The slopes can be brutal here though.I think because it gets so icy, especially at night. And it's mostly artificial snow, so alot of people get injured. My son broke his wrist this past winter snowboarding.
I have so much family in L.I. too! Bay Shore, all the way out to Montauk 🙂 Not sure about Geography and which side of L.I. Bay Shore is, but I love it there. It's beautiful.
Going to NY to see some family this summer 🙂

It was a long time ago, I just shook it off and kept skiing. The kids are fearless with skiing/boarding, it's fun to watch them! And I'm not as fearless either, things don't bounce back as quickly as they used to lol.
Bayshore is nice, near the beaches and Fire Island. It's on the south shore, lived there until a couple of years after Sandy. Was afraid to go through that again...
We should exchange info, meet up when you come this summer. It would be cool to meet a DXPer!

It's been years since I played DnD. But it was one of the things I enjoyed in my past. Kick back with your group of friends and play knights or whatever you love to play as. We never really used the board, just use our imaginations and what not.
And how are your feelings on it? What's the best thing you've found? And do you think it will help people lose weight?
