Moon sign (which you can get without the actual birth time generally), but everything else such as the rising sign, and planet signs that have a big impact on our love lives (Mars, Venus), you will need an exact time and birthplace for. click to expand
not really you can find those out without birth date details, sometimes when you find specific birth time moon sign can change if it was on a cusp but the only way to know a rising sign is yes birth time as well as planet placements in the chart click to expand

Didn't know this. I just like to wait until I get the actual time I guess.
Specific birth time is mostly needed for the ascendant.
