Best way to get a scorpio girl?

ok so i know they are pretty silly. i know that the best thing to do is ignore her and pretend to like other girls. i have a bit of a problem here with this one scorpio girl. i knew her from since i was 15. i turned 23 on the 3rd. me and her both ended up going to the same college. she liked me when we were little. i was pretty mean to her when we were kids. i actually liked her too but i never really realized it or accepted it untill i saw her this febuary walking down the street and got her number. i started talking to her but then i said something about the past and she got pissed so she closed me off for a while. after lots of apologizing and explaining i think we are finally on the same page here. so now that i finally have gotten her to have a little crush on me what should i do now? she has a boyfriend. she has always had a boyfriend. she always used to go from boyfriend to boyfriend but it would always end.
obviously this guy is a total tool bag for neglecting his awesome girlfriend so that she would have a crush on me.
i told her i liked her. i think i am going to ask her for girl advice on some other girls since she is "unavailable." so i can get her jealousy up. cause at this stage in my life i want to have a relationship instead of just hooking up. i have it narrowed down to like 2 or 3 girls that are girlfriend material. she is one of them. i am going to be like "it's amazing how u have been with this guy for 3 years. he must be a great guy." (she hasnt really been with him for 3 years. she was single when i saw her for the first time again in febuary. i guess they got back togeather.)
so then ill just be like " yeah i am looking for long term success like that. how do you do it?" then i will just ask her about different girls and tell her what its like with them. hopefully she will get jealous and want me to be her boyfriend.

any other ideas?

hmm, i'm a scorpio female and trying to make me jealous would actually turn me off. maybe i'm an odd one? i need to know that a guy is into me first because i don't want to get hurt if i make the move and *then* find out he doesn't like me. so i would compliment her, make her feel pretty (that's big for me, feeling physically attractive to my guy.) I wouldn't be too over the top about it though...drop hints but still be a little unavailable. I like a sort of mystery to solve

yeah i had been doing that but it was making her like me less.

plus its not like she is going to know that i want her to be jealous. she already rejected me cause she has a boyfriend so she has no ground to stand on. honestly i really do want her advice too.
