Can Taurus and Gemini work?

I'm a Taurus with Moon in Aquarius and he's a Gemini with Moon in Saggitaurus. We aren't in a relationship only friends. But I want to be friends with benefits. And he seems to be ok with it. He has Mars and Mercury in Cancer. And I've read that people with these placements tend to get attached after sex. He has Venus in Gemini and I have Mars in Gemini with Venus in Pisces. My Mercury is in Aries ASC in Leo and I believe his ASC is in Cancer.

Yes it can work, if we talk friends with benefits. That might be easier for Gemini, Taurus might get attached.

Cancer Mars, Gem Venus can act super detached, but they're not safe to fall for you after a while. Same for your Pisces Venus... But have fun as long as it fits!

The fact that he's a Gemini Venus and Gemini sun scare me a bit...i know as a Gemini Venus (and cancer mars) I can have a wondering eye when it comes to physical relationships...but my Taurus sun keeps me loyal once I'm devoted. Gemini suns can be a bit detached and aloof, so with the combo of that with a gem Venus is a little off putting for me.

But then again you never know!

your moon in aqua and his moon in sag would be in sync... but consider: taurus and aqua is fixed, gemini and sag is mutable
