Gem man 17 years older

So I took all the people from my past and I cut off all my feelings for them so my energy could be freed up for when someone new came into my life. Magically, one week later this guy walks into my work and basically picks me out like a puppy in a pet store: picked me up and hasn’t put me down since. Do gems typically move pretty fast when they feel it’s right? I’m doing everything right in this one. He’s 17 years older than me, is busy as shit (owns his own company) and does everything he can to make time for me. Also buys me stuff. Not bragging, just equating his feelings with his love language.

Oh that’s too old

I think fundamentally it’s not. It doesn’t feel weird at all, but it does cross my mind that he’s more than likely going to die way before me. That scares me. Especially if this is what it feels like... really makes me sad. I’m looking at about 22-30 good years with him. 😢

BUT it’s better than 40-50 shitty years with someone else. ❤️
