Understanding Sagittarius Traits in Relationships

Sagittarius individuals are known for their honesty, enthusiasm, and love of adventure. They often express their feelings openly and value organic growth in relationships. When dating a Sagittarius, patience and allowing space for independence can foster deeper connections and mutual trust.

What's the deal? Sag dude is completely on my jock. He laid out all the cards...said I'm the best sex he's ever had & that he thinks he may love me. IT'S BEEN 3 WEEKS! I asked him to slow it down & let things flourish organically.

Thing is, I think I'm a little crazy about him too. πŸ˜‰

So...What are your experiences with these hooved archers...our opposites?

I have two friends of those placements that are getting married next month. The girl is a Gem. It seems to work for F/G M/S but not the other way around. But, I'm biased because I have a restraining order against a Sag female. It's a bruised ego thing, she just can't let it go because she knew for sure she was the smarter of the two of us. :\

GM, no offense but what does this even mean?

Kleo, Sags are awesome. Just be straightforward and don't fuck with them.

No offense taken, but that's my experience, not my opinion.

@ TV - All I can do is be straight forward. πŸ™‚ Love their energy.

@ GM - That sounds promising. Yikes! to the latter. Crazy love.! He's a more physical than cerebral anything, so I am currently wearing the pants and the skirt. har har.

Wear it baby. But, know that he still is a Sag and that he will always think that he's the smarter of the two. Then what, when he has to deal with the painful truth? That was how it went for me with a Sag Female. :\

I've dated Sags, and they are quite intense when they fall in love. One I dated called and sent msg constantly and would get upset when I didn't respond with equal fervor. I did like him, but I didn't like being chastised for not returning calls or messages within a certain time frame.

Gemini Mind, when did your Sag start to stalk you? Was it after you broke it off with her?

I eventually broke it off with the Sag when I determined that we did not suit and it would be best if we went our separate ways. It wasn't because I considered him a terrible person, or because of an argument or blow up, I just felt that he should be with someone more aligned to his likes/needs. That's when his personality pivoted. He became very vindictive, and told me that I picked the wrong person to fu?

All of that and more!!! It was a nightmare, considering that she would show up to my job harassing the people there too. Made a complete fool of herself to the point where my branch manager called the cops, cuz she was truly going berserk.

I think the problem with my Sag was that she had a hard time embracing her emotions, or at least revealing them to people. By the time she did with me, it was too late and I'd already saw through that Sag "I'm smarter than everybody" shit. She didn't want to exchange ideas, she wanted to dominate. Dominate a Gemini, really? C'mon. I walked away totally emotionless and cold. I'm not putting all Saggies in this category, but from my experience a lot of them tend to think they are smarter than they actually are. Gemini's can come off as being dingy, but it's truly a cover for "I don't want to have to kill your ass, so I'm being nice.". When this Sag realized that she bit off more than she could chew, she went ape shit.

Moral of the story is, don't fuck with a person that can see through your game, because you will get your feelings hurt when you least expect it. That's typical Gemini shit, I know, but it's what we do.

But, like I stated previously, a Gemini Female works best with a Sagittarius Male from what I've "SEEN".

But maybe I'm just too damn Earthy to be a Gemini. That Leo rising isn't helping either. HaHaHa!

I should probably add that my first serious relationship (over 10 yrs ago, I'm gettin old 😒 ) was a Sag. Yes, we got eachother at a deep level, and had lots of fun. The only problem was, I was too young to appreciate what I had and broke it off because I just didn't feel like I was ready for something that serious at the time. Based off that experience, I think this combo can work regardless of the gender combination.

What degree is your Saggy moon?

My old relationship was abit less than 10 years ago. This sounds like what my guy did to me. But he never let me leave him. He just broke it off, ran like a wild horse but came back tethering himself and handed me the leash, then flew off again after he felt suffocated by his self-imposed leash-tightening. Now he's galloping back and expects me to welcome him with open arms. Stupid sag moons and their self-imposed prisons.

Spica, what's up with you using the words "stupid Sagittarius moon". That's the second time I've noticed you typing that, since I've been a member here. It's very critical, and could be taken offensively, whether you realize it or not. It puzzles me because you said your boyfriend has one. Do you view him in the same light? What sign is your moon in?

Jesus, I could never beat a gemini to word smithing, but, you're older than me and "debating" on the same level? You're the one who should grow up. I don't see how I'm being a big baby. I never wailed, so take your opinion and shove it, kid. πŸ˜„

I have an old Sag male friend who's a quintesential Sag. His GF is a Gemini. They're going strong. He just celebrated her b'day for her recently, with quite a bit of fanfare and pictures. From what I know it's heading towards the marriage route because they're always @ someone else's wedding together. The feel I get is he sorts of overpowers her, not in a dominating sense, but his energy is very huge. Her energy is smaller and she's very delicate. I think that may be one reason why he likes/loves her.
But I think on major competitor for a Sag male/ Gem female relationship is a Pisces female. It seems this Sag male/Pisces female combi is a natural one. Gemini and Sag have a natural disparate thinker/feeler discompatibility, so it may be worth keeping in mind. I agree that this combi works best with Sag being the male and Gemini being the female. I've not seen the reverse work out.

Bah, how do you call someone a "lovely" (insert sign) when they keep doing incredulous things? I don't have hatred for Sag moons, but I don't see their positive side 100% either. That said, a female Sag moon can be different from a male Sag moon.

I however think that this is the best placement for a moon, because the natives are genuinely good natured and philantropic. So, there's a positive πŸ˜‰, and a great BIG one!
And bleah, an emoticon doesn't really mean anything πŸ˜›

Where's the debate? I basically just told you to shut up and grow up. Just like a frantic child to try too hard. Now, go outside and play.

No, you're not wailing, you're whining.

Wow...I had a 4-year relationship with a sag guy. It had it's good areas & BAD! More bad than good. We fought all the time! The only time we were civil was when we were fucking...smh, and I just found out that I have sag rising in my sign, go figure. But yes, they are kinda stalkerish because sometimes he would just show up at my house or at places I was chillen.

I was out with him one night & went to go smoke outside. There was a guy outside whom I was talking to. Don't you know this idiot was standing in the hall looking at me the whole entire time? WTF? So yeah, they can be pretty off the fucken chain, that's why I broke up with his looney ass.

That's because you're a thug in a suit, and it takes a straight up "No Fear" "Down-for-whateva" type-a-muhfucka to hang wit yo ass, regardless of his Sun sign!!

Alas, I maintain it's because of the AMSC. πŸ™‚

!!! UPDATE !!! *dun dun.*

I can answer to my original post now that it's been some time.

Sags & Gems are very similar! Sags love how our minds work and are fascinated by it. We can talk about anything and everything, but I tend to talk too much knowledge and he tends to talk in circles sometimes. This one is intimidated by my intellect, but he'll stand his ground with his honest demeanor. Mmm. I've encountered two types of saggie men - the more philosophical/cerebral & the more active/physical. They've got a street smart edge with a big heart sentimentality. This one takes things more serious then I do (he's got some scorpio in him), including romance, but I'm doing what I can, ok!!? πŸ˜› We value our individual freedom, friends & family.

What else? Oh, sexually the chemistry is simmering hot. Lots of heat potential.

All in all there is never a dull moment. Cool.
