I probably got it now. When I was in my teens 20s and 30s I had ample energy. Nobody couldnt tell me nothing. Even when I exceeded the 300 pound mark I could run fast as a horse and could even sprint. Now when I look at these big people (and young too) and they tell me they too big to do this and that I say balony. I couldnt be their drill sergeant. They'll cry home to mama.

The energy you have comes from what you eat, so revise your diet. Taking supplements like vitamins and a few minerals may also help. Read about Magnesium and nervous system

Strengthen body and muscles with some exercise and long walks.

Take the HRT, unless you have breast cancer in your family. HRT evolved from the early days.

Check your sleep… sleep apnea could leave someone feeling exhausted. Ask the Virgo how loud you are snoring, since the two are connected

Check your thyroid hormones in blood if you also feel often cold

So I have burn out and just thought it was due to all the moves/changes I’ve been through and then remembered when i was in my 20s I had chronic fatigue syndrome. I read it can last for life so makes sense.

Does anyone suffer from this and if so how do you manage it?

Thanks 🙏 🌟

You've got to smash yourself now and then, going for a jog doesn't cut it, you need to feel like throwing up.

I normally just let myself have a breakdown and then rebuild. But I've never had CFS, I don't think most people have either, you're just tired. Your life's been intense with moving and winning a bunch of money too.

Thanks

Hopefully not, but since I had it years ago, the likelihood of it being ongoing is quite high.

Having said that moving 5 times in 18mths would prob give most people chronic fatigue 🥴

I do, vitamin D was a game changer for me

How much do you take?

I started with 200 000 IU every week then every ten days
I know it's not recommended but I think they lie about the real dosage people need
I really don't trust Pharma
I've been doing it for months now
Edit: I am brown so probably my body doesn't store vit D the same way people with white skin do
You have to take that into consideration

First, what are you doing to manage?

I have to sleep 10 hours, I also do a lot to support my adrenals and then blood sugar and hormones.

Even so my ability to manage stress is very limited because my body can’t take the cortisol spikes without a big crash.

At the moment I’m trying to rest and sleep

as much as possible. I’m eating healthily, no sugar or caffeine and take vit c, d, b12, zinc

and drink water. My Health Practitioner tells me I’ve a very relaxed nervous system.

What do you do to support your adrenals?

Mind body spirit. Every connection is a 2 way street.

When more then 2 are suppressed, third one sinks down too.

Reversing it is just a matter of taking care of all 3 at the same time.

As mentioned by others. Minerals and supplements helps ALOT. The brain is a mini computer, with scripts. You got a habit there for ptpgram script of depression your brain will try to msintain it. You can litteral be stuck functioning at a lower energy kevel.

Supplements help by injecting excess nutrition that will be used to stimulate your brain chemistry.

Push your body and force yourself to do more and your brain abd body will try to adapt to this new habit.

Spirit is basically the abstract stuff. Like will power, enthusiasm, and creativity.

Fatigue syndrome is basically a description of a state of being. A condition.

Where all 3 are being effected.

So got to work on all 3 😁

Yep. You see my comments, LOL.

I just want to add that I get a yearly physical - blood work - to see what's low, high, etc. Well, I discovered iodine and selenium and their purposes. Already new the vitamin ABC's. My doctors are holistic (and vegan... I mean the guy is skin and bone with flip flops... looks like he is an old yogi, anyway...). So, I am putting drops of iodine in my drinks and drinking a selenium supplement. Basically, Iodine is thyroid health and metabolism. And basically, Selenium is metabolism and cell damage - aging of the body and mind. I do not have thyroid problems. You can look them up. They are catching things quickly. My iodine levels were low. He said that's where the creep up middle age belly was coming from... iodine deficiency.

Our metabolism naturally slows down as we get older. And, we have to counteract it with checking stuff, and making adjustments for it. I thought I did everything and dammit, still.

And a sidenote... one time I was Vitamin D deficient and ordered supplements. Got bloodwork, no change... and that's how I found out the supplement was full of shit, LOL. So, that's another reason why bloodwork is good. I switched supplement, then was back to normal.

What's killing me now (but actually giving me life supposedly) is a fat free diet due to cholesterol levels. I ate so much fat, I guess, at the table with Big Momma. But, never had a weight problem and still don't. Petite with high cholesterol. And Virgo is joining me on this and I don't want him to. I want to live vicariously through him. I need to see him eat a juicy burger and watch him wipe the grease from the corner of his mouth. Whaaaaa.... lol.

Thanks for this

I got my bloods tested with my doc and he says I’m very healthy

I also see a health practitioner who can read the body like a book and advised me to give up sugar so maybe I’m withdrawing from that at the moment

Love the sound of the flip flop vegan doc 😃

Next time I see my holistic practitioner will

ask him to test for iodine and selenium

Next time I see my holistic practitioner will

ask him to test for iodine and selenium

...and his shirt open damned near his navel, LOL.

I don’t have chronic fatigue syndrome, but can relate to being tired all the time. I have MS and am always tired and suffer from cognitive fog. Stress can bring on flares which is why I think my job isn’t a good fit for me. Constant stress and busy all the time. I also have thyroid issues which doesn’t help. I do hope you find some relief Star….just wanted you to know you’re not alone. ❤️

Yes ma’am, was diagnosed back in 2012 when I went completely blind in my left eye. I was scared to death as I didn’t know what was going on.

Scared I had a brain tumor or something. I was so relieved when my doctor told me it was just MS. He made it sound like I had something awful. Asked me if I had any family with me and if so I might want to bring them in to hear the news. 😬. Luckily with some IV steroid infusion treatments I regained my eyesight. It never got back to 100% but at least I can see again!

I can see dancing appling to all 3. Doesn't mean there arent other things that work for you specifically.

Lol but obviously physical activity is stimulating on multiple fronts universally to us.

I just described of mechanics of the condition.

Take that understanding and apply it to yourself.

It's individualized what works for you.

Yes going to the doctor is part of taking care of the body.

You know you better then anyone else, at the very least the capacity to do so🙂

Long story short, Go find out🙃

No, I don't.

It was a coincidence that I mentioned MS to you in a front page comment you had about fatigue and you actually have it. You said you didn't see the comment so you probably won't understand until you see it.

I usually keep these "coindenses" to myself.

Ashwagandha is a great supplement. I take that along with berberine, and a lot of CBD lol. Look into doing castor oil packs as well. Might help the lymphatic system to release built up toxins. I did my liver and I also did a parasite cleanse. My energy immediately perked up with that cleanse.

I was reading about Ashwagandha and I take CBD oil and love castor oil packs …. thanks for reminding me I didn’t do one for some time.

How much CBD oil do you take?
