Are you looking to lose weight or just want to eat clean?
I wouldn't recommend fad diets like Keto or Atkins.
I personally recommend small meals throughout the day, packed with lots of protein and fiber.
As for something to drink besides water, sorry but water is the healthiest drink there is lol. 5 liters a day if you workout. You can add lemon if you want.click to expand

Dont avoid carbs. It doesnt really make you fat. Unless you eat bad carbs. If you eat good carbs like brown rice you are getting good source of energy for the day.
12-16 reps for a workout is a healthy start. Dont over do workouts because it might damage your muscles, hence, no progress in βgainsβ
Eat 6 times a day than 3 big meals. It helps with keeping yourself full and helps avoid overeating.
Snacking is not bad unless you snack on junk. For snacking i highly recommend fruits like apple and banana or nuts.

If I have dinner before 6 im hungry again by 8pm. So its crucial to have healthy snacks coz seriously every 2-3 hours im hungry. And you will experience it when you do cardio a lot. I have to do loads of cardio to lose body fat because i have no patience counting my macros. And I started lifting some weights too. πππππPosted by WittyGem886 times a day??

*Squats with weights using the smith machine
*Lunges using the smith machine
*Curtsy lunge using the smith machine
*Glute kickbacks
*Shoulder press
*Hip thrusts with weights (you can use the leg extension machine or barbell with weights)
*Single arm rows
*Single leg deadlifts
*Romanian deadlifts
*Bench press

I know I should stay away from soda and spicy food + junk food.
