Are you looking to lose weight or just want to eat clean?

I wouldn't recommend fad diets like Keto or Atkins.

I personally recommend small meals throughout the day, packed with lots of protein and fiber.

As for something to drink besides water, sorry but water is the healthiest drink there is lol. 5 liters a day if you workout. You can add lemon if you want.

Thats my weakness 😒 I got a digital weighing scale and healthy food with the intent of cutting. But hell no. I was able to count my macros for like 2 days and I completely gave up. Its too much work 😒((( i opted to just increase my cardio and the weights I started to use 😒(( my weight went down but I need to get rid of at least 6% body fat 😒((( what do you do to count the macros? Any tips thats not too difficult? Hahaha im looking for a bloody shortcut 🀣🀣🀣🀣🀣🀣🀣🀣🀣🀣

Honestly it IS difficult lmao. I use MyFitnessPal calorie counter app and do meal preps every weekend. Incorporate fruit smoothies and protein shakes into your diet as I find them very filling without breaking the calorie bank.

Not to lose weight, like gain muscle and a stronger body. I actually have to gain weight tbh, but it's hard.

12-16 reps for a workout is a healthy start. Dont over do workouts because it might damage your muscles, hence, no progress in β€œgains”

Eat 6 times a day than 3 big meals. It helps with keeping yourself full and helps avoid overeating.

Snacking is not bad unless you snack on junk. For snacking i highly recommend fruits like apple and banana or nuts.

Hahaha! Yeah. Last snack for me is protein shake. If I have dinner before 6 im hungry again by 8pm. So its crucial to have healthy snacks coz seriously every 2-3 hours im hungry. And you will experience it when you do cardio a lot. I have to do loads of cardio to lose body fat because i have no patience counting my macros. And I started lifting some weights too. πŸ˜‚πŸ˜‚πŸ˜‚πŸ˜‚πŸ˜‚

Pre-workout breakfast

Workout for 1-1.5 hrs

Protein Shake

Lunch

Snack (fruits, nuts)

Dinner

Protein shake

*i take protein shake before bed to help aid my muscle repair. Especially when I am so sore.

Its really good. Lol. One thing i really love about it too is its got fat burners so even after I workout, my body continues to burn fat. I used to be around 58kg and no muscles. Just fat. Now I’m 50.9 with lean muscles. Lol

Go for it!!!! Are you trying to tone, lose weight or have a bigger booty? I’m looking to have a bigger booty πŸ˜‚πŸ˜‚πŸ˜‚πŸ˜‚πŸ˜‚ hahahaha and yeah, it worked for me and I only started last January. If you are looking to tone, you better start weight training. Cardio will only help you lose weight but wont tone your body.

Here are some exercises I do:

*Squats with weights using the smith machine

*Lunges using the smith machine

*Curtsy lunge using the smith machine

*Glute kickbacks

*Shoulder press

*Hip thrusts with weights (you can use the leg extension machine or barbell with weights)

*Single arm rows

*Single leg deadlifts

*Romanian deadlifts

*Bench press

I'm going to start slow thou, cause I'm really out of shape!

Not all actually. Theres different types of protein you can get. I use MuscleTech (Ripped) can get it from GNC.
