Leo Man said he needs to figure himself out and broke it off

My Leo Man is 24 and I’m 30 Pisces girl.

Everything was fine before, we were happy and told each other we love each other everyday.

We were dating for almost a year and was in a long distance relationship. He is Swiss and I’m American and we talked about moving to each other’s country later. I met him when I was traveling in Thailand, we ended up traveling together for 4 months. Everyday was amazing.

We adored each other and loved each other.

The day before he broke up with me, he was panicking and asked me all sorts of questions, about how I’m going to move to Europe and how can we live together. His trip is ending soon and he’s been traveling the world for 1.5 years. Now he is heading back home and he has no clue what he is going to do.

The day he broke up with me, he told me he needs to be single in order to figure things out. He said he is too young for having a such commit relationship. He still loves me but he has to be alone, otherwise he’d be angry at himself.

I still love him. I still adore him. I haven’t contacted him since we broke up... will he come back to me?

He's right. Reality set in and he has to figure out his next move.

Imo LDR is putting your life on a hold to get a break and figure yourself out. Most people just don't know that's what they are doing until it's over.

Well it's simple. You've already pointed out his age. He's in a different life phase than you are. He's trying to figure things out and while he doesn't mind you as a person/significant other, he's not ready for a serious commitment. Think about it. In a few years you may be thinking about settling down, while he may still be trying to figure out his life.

Leos are goal oriented people. We need to feel like we have purpose. If we don't, we need the freedom to figure it out. Right now it sounds like your Leo has concerns regarding his future. As a result he may be clearing space to figure things out, which may include your relationship.
