Leo Women - Ever Date a Cancer Man?! Insight needed!

Let me try again ...

Hello My Fellow Pride Members!

Have any of you ever dated a Cancer man? My strongest relationships have been primarily with Virgo and Libra and a terrible Gemini relationship that I stuck with way too long. Had a horrible time with an Aquarius recently and won't be going that route again. But this crab guy has got me all confused.

I guess, rather than spelling the whole thing out - will you just share with me any experiences you've had dating the Crab guy and how it went? Any advice? From what I'm reading, I need to be patient. Which, as you all know, is not a Lionesses strong suit. But I have it in me and I really like him, so I'm capable of that.

So tell me - How was he in the beginning? How long did it take him to commit? Was he seeing you and others? Was he super communicative or slow to communicate? Did you sleep with him early or wait?

I would love to get a Cancer perspective on this, too. If any happen to be scouting the Leo posts.

I dated a cancer once. He was the sweetest guy but he wanted to be in a relationship after the second time of us hanging out and he moved too fast for me. He also tried to get me pregnant and i was not having it so i went ghost on him.

I think about him though and maybe if he didn't try to force me it would of worked out because cancers get us on the emotional level.

I've dealt with many flavors of Cancers, from the blowhards to the flakes. Only one of them is still around after all the mess we've been through, and he's Sun trine Moon in Scorpio. He remains one of my best friends, to this day (which is odd, because I'm the type to cut 'em off like a rotten limb after we part ways)

Cancers can be extremely emotional underneath that tough guy act. It's cute at first for leos who wanna take care of their sweetie, but it gets on the nerves after a while.

I've been dating a cancer man for 8 months. He is one of the most caring and affectionate partners I've been with. He does not try to control me and is totally honest with me. We slept with each other on the first date. He changes it up in the bedroom, somedays slow and passionate and other days hes agressive and dominant. He is a great man, takes care, listens, remembers small details, and makes me feel protected. There are some days i just feel like i want to take care of him and protect his heart and emotions. Aaaah sorry I'm gushing so much.

Relationship pace-wise, we've been taking it slow because I'm not able to commit fully to him. This is making him a bit insecure. I've agreed to let him introduce newer things like couply activites into our relationship. I trust him completely.

I am just curious - why is this?

Just random 2 cents. I was around my cancer male cousin this last weekend. He's happily married to an Aries and they have a 2 yr old Leo girl. He and his daughter are like bff it's the cutest thing.

I admire the cancer male Leo Female dynamic. I see it work so easily.

I find I've met many different shades of cancer men. My male cousin was in many serious relationships where it always seemed like he has the upper hand testing the women he was with. All his girlfriends were more attractive and of a higher "status" so to speak. He ended up with his Aries because he had gotten into a motorcycle accident while they were together..he got badly injured and she never left his side and helped him at every step. I believed that it proved to him she was the one. He can be difficult, intense, but attracts people easily with his loud personality. I hardly she him but being around his this weekend was intriguing due to some cancer males I've been around lately.

Anyway, yea Leo cancer seems to just fit nicely.

I'm a fire sign also (aries) and I've been with my cancer man for almost 9 months and it sounds like you're describing my man also!! so accurate. I'm absolutely in LOVE with him!!

My BF and I have been dating for 2 years exclusive but come Jan we will have been seeing each other for 3. I love him to pieces! OMG this is the love you think about when you're a little girl!

He was closed at first, yes he was dating other girls, which hurt me Bc I'm so loyal! I knew from day one I was his.

He made it official after 7 months, I put my foot down though. He didn't want to lose me. He is thoughtful sweet and romantic.

But he has horrible time management skills and he takes forever to do what he says he will. This annoys TF out of me.

But I love him so!
