It's really not an insult. Yea, it is what it is.
You move past it by not doing that with a coworker again lol. Makes for some serious awkward tensions when things go sour. No other choice but to grin and bare it every day til the awkward feelings fade. And he is a leo. They smile and attract all sorts so that 22 year old won't be the last.
