Sometimes lies are necessary. I lie when I need to or I think something is nobodys business and they keep persisting for an answer. As far as compliments go, I am always sincere.

Can you sense when someone is being insincere with you al7isra? Does he come around a lot? Call you all the time? Other things can show if he is being sincere. Not just what he says.

I don't lie or "sweet talk" to get what I want. With your guy, if it seems some of his compliments aren't genuine, I wouldn't worry about it TOO much (although I DESPISE false flattery and only give sincere compliments personally). Because, with a Leo, he obviously likes you...or he wouldn't be wasting time on you.

If it really bothers you, though, just call him on it. Don't be scurred. If he really has been lying, he'll try to justify it somehow, but he most likely won't do it anymore. If he wasn't lying, then you'll know, right?

Basically, think of a Leo's creed as:

"I said what I meant, I meant what I said, and I'm true to my word 100% ."

The reason people think Leo's are just flattering is because of the dramatics. It's not insincere, we just don't know how to do it any other way.

Sometimes the intensity a Leo feels for something can come across in dramatic ways...it probably just sounds like a lot of BS but it happens to me

I have to admit, it took me years to get a good understanding of my scorp. I think I have a much better understanding now. But in my case it came with giving up TRYING to understand all the damn time. All of a sudden I saw a lot of what I overlooked just by letting it go. I realized it wasn't as complicated as I made it for myself.

I'm not trying to justify my arrogance. I know I can be arrogant, but I always try to do it with playfullness, no harm, no foul. And yes, Leo has ego. And plenty of it. However, there's no shortage of it with a Scorpio either. As a matter of fact, I've heard told that "...what he says will never be self-effacing. Scorpio has total ego. He knows what he is and he knows what he is not, and nothing anyone else thinks will change this knowledge."

PS - what I was actually saying, is that Leo IS humble with scorpio. Perhaps more than they realize. I don't claim to know what's behind the door....I'm just claiming an awareness that there is a key, and a secret one at that. No matter what you say. There is definately a wall that goes up around scorpio. Leo realizes there is a wall....em, a protective barrier, we'll call it instead.....and is softer, gentler with the scorpio because of it.

lol, again, I don't claim to know how to unlock the door, just aware that there is a way. Very riveting stuff to a leo, we'd love to just dive in there and explore the depths. But we know that this would not be allowed by the scorpio. Perhaps that's part of our fascination with you?
