Well i have been talking to this libra guy and we sorta of got into it. The result He told me to never call or text or he would block me when all I did was express to him how I felt about him which is what I thought they liked anyhow because I don't listen and I am stubborn I tried to come at him from a different angle. He is the type who is interested in money and success and all that so I text hi inspiration al quotes once a day on that topic. I don't say hi or how are you just once a day. He has not said anything but he post these quotes on his facebook so clearly he hasnt blocked me from his phone anyhow I was wondering if I am wasting time?

I'm a little scared to call because of how he might react but then is the possiblity that he doesn't pick up.

Does he like you or not? I agree with the apology notion. That always works with me. I think if you offer to help him reach his professional goals and he sees you as a "good partner" maybe things will work out. Are you attractive to him? Can you convince him that you are a "great catch" and highly desirable? That will increase your value in his eyes and shift the balance in your favor. I don't know what else to tell you.
