Do Libras Like Maintaining Emotional Connections
Libras value emotional harmony but prefer meaningful connections over constant contact. They tend to maintain relationships with close loved ones and avoid unnecessary emotional burdens with acquaintances. Libras seek balance and authenticity in their emotional interactions rather than frequent reassurance or superficial contact.

Do Libras like to maintain emotional connections?Personally, I think they're a bother and a burden, almost like an obligation. I have way too much air!
But I know who I like/ am compatible with and that's enough. My emotional connections are saved for my SO and parents, that's it. I don't need a constant reassurance that I'm still friends with someone (by constant contact/ speaking) believe it or not.
Needless to say, I don't need most people as friends - they have too many issues/insecurities I feel they're not aware enough that they fling on me/ use as a vehicle. I'm not interested to partake in them.
My Libra sister is pretty similar to this. Shes more cool and collected than my Pisces sister. I guess thats why I get along better with my Libra sister than my Pisces sister. lol
Another interesting thing about Libras are how they argue the facts. They offer an interesting perspective in those terms.
I have connections but they're not emotional ones if that makes sense? I can cut anyone off or walk away from them without any emotional hurt or upset. Not sure if this is a gift or a curse. Many call me cold but ohwell 🙂

like when the pisces broke my heart, people accused me of being insecure and stuff. just because i felt unwanted and unattractive didn't mean i thought i was. feelings and facts aren't necessarily the same, and my self esteem isn't tied to my looks or desireability anyways, so shut up. if that makes sense.
i like short, impromptu emotional bonding with strangers. you know how sometimes you can just be in line next to someone or something like that, and you say something to each other, and you just feel so close for that moment. that's fun. or strinking up a convo at a coffeeshop with a stranger, talking for hours, knowing it's just for right now, that if you try to stay in touch and recapture it, it just won't be as good.

Yes we do ahaha, and since I'm the youngest in my family she is like the one person I can talk too an stuff. Plus when she asks me a favor I generally don't say no since she also tells me when I'm being rude. lol
pecheresse... i'm rather moved by art too. so yes, i'd blame it on the moon in gemini your ex has. my mom's moon is in gemini, and i can't relate to her at all sometimes. she's such a nice person, a typical leo in a lot of ways, but her emotions just seem so stunted.
on topic... sometimes i really wish i had close friends to share important things with, or to bond with when i'm sad or whatever. then i realize that it would involve nurturing those friendships, spending time together a lot, talking a lot. i like my space. it's a trade off. i mean, i'll be there for someone if they're going through a rough time, especially if they don't really have anyone else who'll really care and have their best interests at heart. i can give someone a ride to the airport at 6 in the morning (i'm probably still up anyways. lol). but the in between stuff, the tedious conversations about nothing, it's just so ick.
i feel like this is a modern phenomenon. now, we make friends by similar interests and stuff, while maybe it used to be based more on whoever happened to live on your block. you just became friends, went bowling together once a week, said hi as you walked past one another, but no major bonding shit.
