Explain the Shoe Thing

I have noticed in my years something about most ladies. It's quite simple, nothing deep. I just have a question. Why is the first, sometimes second, thing a woman look at on a man is his shoes. I gave this a test. I walked directly by 10 women. All but one first looked at my face, then their eyes went straight down to my shoes. The tenth one look directly at my shoes first. Do women have shoe fetishes or does the shoe make the man, or both?

Let us discuss this intelligently...hehe.

Hmmm. For me, the wole package is important. The Aura. The way a man carries himself and intellect is an immediate turn on. However, nice shoes, are good, as long as there is a nice attire to go along with it. It shows a person's taste.

Funny how you always think I am mad. Didn't we have this convo. before. Things of this nature don't make me mad. FYI - ever heard of "dress for success"? Whenever you go on an interview, you are suppose to make sure your shoes are clean/shined or whatever. You can tell alot about the person by their shoes.

If I do look at shoes it is because I like the rest and I am looking for final confirmation that it is all good. Shoes, haircut and watch - they make or break an image.

I have heard from several girls that their mom or someone else tells them when the start dating to look at a guys shoos as how well he takes care of his shoes is an indicator of how well he takes care of everything else, including you.

Don't know if there is any real backing to it though.

Shoes— It seems no one has said the two OBVIOUS things: 1) Looking at shoes=looking at feet; some believing size of feet suggests size of YKW; and, 2) Depends on the shoes=if they are on the expensive side the dude has MONEY to spoil you with! If they are on the cheap side, well---think about it.

exactamundo!!! No I just don't like them - as soon as I get home off they come!! I mean, yes we do wear them here - sheesh, but I only have 4 pairs of shoes (although they are awesome and only the best quality), yes I know...strange for a female but there you have it!!

I have my Nikes for casual and fancy slip-on loafers for business. I don't like tying shoes. Ha! And, yeah, when I'm at home I'm either roaming around barefoot or in a pair of socks. I had a beach place for a LONG time so I LOVE walking barefoot in the sand. And never climbed a banana tree BUT have climbed other trees--including a cocoanut tree which for some reason is MUCH easier to climb barefoot.

Just like the natives huh? hehehehe....mmmmm coconut!! yummm.....ok enough about the shoes.....we're now talking beach house, sand between the feet, no shoes, are we also talking copious amounts of seafood and alcohol—
