libra appreciation post

totally going crazy (in a good way) for a libra right now. i have never been this close with one before, and the one i have met is very balanced! easy to compromise, wanting to please everyone, positive, up-beat, confident, very very gentle, lots of female friends (i guess from venus influence) , attentive and ready to please. also up-beat sense of humor! strong sense of justice, too. i could go on! libra brings out the best in everyone, but stays true to themself. 🙂 🙂 🙂

I dress to kill but steam, never iron. I tend to iron more wrinkles in than I take out. I lack the domestic libra gene.

I still have style and grace though. I do it on a limited budget. I just don't look it. "Shopping is not creating." style can't be taught.

eh i think the whole ironing and cleaning thing is only relevant for VIRGOS, they are super orderly like that in some ways. this libra is not an ironer.

Amen to that. style is one of those things that is universaly recognizable. Weather you like someones style or not, if they have it, that is at least admitted by everyone. I have a style , it isn't all flashy or expensive either but it works really well for me. It isn't something most who have style go out of their way to create, they just get what works for them and it comes together naturally.

I like a more casual, subdued style , and I HATE name brand clothing. Not so much because it IS name brand, but I don't like logos or names on what I am wearing. Most poeple who don't wear crazy colors or patterns sense of style comes down to how the things fit that they buy. I am picky as hell, I like my clothes fitting a particular way.

I read somewhere that because of my taurus rising casual clothes look just as good on me as dressy clothes. It seems to be true, I don't dress up a lot because it really doesn't look any "better" on me.

Anyone with a lot of Libra in their chart is mostly likely superficial. Them and their friendships? A total waste.

WOW, I disagree. I don't find them superficial at all. They choose who they are friends with and once they realize that they have a friend in that person, they are your friend for life or until YOU decide to part ways.

I didn't like that at first about my boyfriend, but now I realize it's how his heart works.

90% of my relationships, involvements and a marriage has been with Libran men. They are very charming and look good in just about anything they wear. Some have a more unique sense of style than others. There is normally a peaceful calm with them for me.

I am a Scorp (Oct 24rth) some say on the cusp of Libra/Scorp. I am more scorp than anythign if this is true.

HP, Don't mean any confusion. Yes, I appreciate Libras. No, I don't appreciate Libras. For various reasons. The Libras I know would take both the Yes and the No and balance them on their scales and come to some sort of agreement within themselves.

(I'm not a real logical guy).

The only thing I have noticed about Libra now, (I am generaliziing, because i am only close with one) is that he is soo comfortable with himself no matter what. but then this evening i asked him how he FELT about something very serious and I could feel him freeze up, and he even sort of stammered! Later he was much more affectionate though. How do I get him to talk about his emotions? Or if that will even happen? but he is trying to become more spiritual which I think is sort of related to emotions and feelings..problem is he is going about it completely logically!
so libra and emotions? I want to hear him talk about how he feels about me..I know he cares the actions are all right there but I need the verbal assurance.

kiki, they DON'T like talking about feelings. It's like walking a mind field to even ASK them about their feelings.

kiki, emotional talks are pretty uncomfortable for most of them, I love you, and pet names are one thing, but full conversations about how they feel. Most would rather show you, so don't make a big deal about him verbalizing it, especially if he is already showing it. They are logical people period. They can be very emotional, but don't pull it out, let it happen. It can be a spiritual experience in itself. Librans are very spiritual.

kiki, by you being a scorp/sag, you have a good headstart. Librans open up emotionally to scorps and are naturally very comfortable with sags.

I moved back to california where I go to school, and even though we've only been seeing each other for a little more than a month we are going to visit each other and stay together. I just worry he is doing this to please me..i instigated the conversation about what would happen when i left. I feel really really insecure around him (no fault of him), its probably my own biggest issue. But he is coming to visit, so..

well, my favorite actor in the whole world, if i had to choose only one, would be Libran MICHAEL DOUGLAS ..big time (what versatility, what a pro), i also think Libran Gwyneth Paltrow is a very talented actress, too. Actually they both appeared together in the same thriller film, 'A Perfect Murder', with yet another fellow Libran Viggo Mortensen. All 3 Librans playing equal leading roles..
