What calms you down?
If I'm angry and my bloods boiling I grab a pillow and scream into it as many times as I want and can...my old boss taught me this many years ago and it instantly releases all that built up emotion.
Seriously, it works and you can function almost immediately after. I've only ever had to do it a few times but feels great afterwards 🙂
