I spent a little time on this, mapping the possibilities based on those long-transit planets (Pluto, Neptune, etc) and came up with: Pluto was last in Scorpio between the years 1983 and 1995. Pluto takes about 248 years to make a full transit of the Astrological signs. So it was 1735-1747 and 1983-1995 (Generation Y)... she's NOT 275 years old, so she's YOUNG.

Neptune in Cap - 1984 to 1998 - so she's at MOST 26
Uranus in Cap - 1988 to 95/96 - so she's at MOST 22

SHE JUST TURNED SEVENTEEN YEARS OLD LESS THAN TWO MONTHS AGO, and he's struggling to write out a situation that occurred over the course of "months" according to him. So the beginning of all of this started when she was SIXTEEN, and he was ALREADY THIRTY. If this isn't HIGH SCHOOL or SCHOOL OF SOME KIND, it's CHURCH or some kind of YOUTH GROUP, etc. And HIS age tells me he's not a STUDENT/PEER, but is in a position of "power" over her (at least until she's now flipped the script!) and this is HIGHLY INAPPROPRIATE, Mr. Aqua.
