astrology fails for conscious people though. if you can reprogram the old software in your subcocnious through meditation/affirmations and stuff the astrology/aspects will break down and become meaningless.
astro just tells you your identity and life so far based on all the thought/sfeeling you have gone through. you can change a lot of things and the chart will become outdated and will be updated in your next birth(if you believe in reincarnation).
your core ientity wil still be there but that might changes as well with time.
the main point is that most things are malleable and can be changed.
so astro is useful so long as you look at your chart and get a snapshot of what your karmic tendencies are and then actively change what you don't want etc.
i you just study it like a scholar you will fail and remain unhappy for the rest of your life.

Whilst roaming around the city in my old spots it reminded me of a particular movie called "Dating the Enemy". It's a classic body swap movie where the guy and gal switches place and ends up appreciating life and each other and falling in love all over again.
It's corny, cheesy and not to mention my two favourite Aussies, Guy Pearce and Claudia Karvan. I tend to do want to block out accidental soul searching moments with movies, always running away. Sometimes wondering just how far I can leave things behind before it all catches up in the end.
Is it perhaps the irony in that the lesson is never learned until the very end or knowing its meaning but not appreciating it until you've experienced it. A few good lines "I just wanted you to love me", "but I've always loved you" or "I just didn't say anything until it's too late".
