Slore seems like a pointless slang word. It doesn't seem to be independent of the word whore or promiscuous?

oh hell now. i would rather be humble than date a cancer.

Hahaha!

Someone here had mentioned Cancer women tend to be rather...*top heavy* in the breast department. I'm not sure that makes up for all the stereotyped emotional crying all the time.

i don't care what you guys say. i have totally solar chart and all i can say is that the sun must not like the moon very much. not attracted cancers at all because they are too "homey" and irrational.

i want to travel, and enjoy life to the full. not sit home and talk about sentimental bullshit.

Sorry my response was for this comment. "I have cancer in my chart, but I am if I can say so myself a balanced mix of the two. Still love me Grey? he he he"

My dad was a leo. Was with my libra mom until he died. They were married for 19 years.

19 years πŸ™‚ That's amazing.

wow. libra women impress me more and more. at first i was depressed because of the stats that we divorce them the most but RL examples have shown me that they are the most common and most lasting marriages. i have heard some into the 50+ years happy relationships. some are 30 or 40+ years as well. i guess i just can't deny venus fully.

Not gonna say it was easy for them. My dad's tendencies made life pretty rocky. I think because my mom was a Libra was why he got away with what he did and was also why she stuck around. Most women would have ripped him a new one or possibly would have left.

But they considered eachother best friends. My mom has had zero interest in dating or being in a relationship again since. :/

What up Ya'll!!! About to hit the streets and have a good time. Just stopping by until my ride comes. He he he. Any who. I do think that Libras/Leos can make the best of friends. I am just not sure what combination is better. July Leo woman with October Libra Male? Leo Male Aug with Libra Woman Sept or the other ways?

Well I'm glad you're alive Snozzy.

I came here to say the new Jay-Z album is great but that seems to be a pretty irrelevant tangent right now.

Good music is never irrelevant! And yeah just one of those days I guess, the guy was in in a hurry decided to go before it went green, I had the same idea except the car was probably more solid than I am haha!

Hey Mr. D. Sorry to hear that about your mom. I am sure if she goes for treatment all will be well, but I understand your feelings. You never want to hear these things about a parent. Even if we know it is all possible. Keep your head up though. I will keep you and your mom in my prayers.

Yesterday I went to this event with one of the Sagittariuses, the Pisces and another Sagittarius. Then after that we pretty much just walked around downtown and then went to a pizza place, stopping to prank each other or engage in sword fights. It was awesome, we had such a good time yesterday πŸ˜„.

Good for you, Jahlia! No going crazy over-obsessing about he Pisces! At worst, poke his ass with your sword.

haha libra is your ex cap trying to get back in your life? he misses the libra loving.

some of my family met crab man last night. they were a bit surprised at first because he isn't the type of guy i usually bring to them, but at the end they liked him and respected him.

i had a blast yesterday otherwise, hot as hell, but good nonetheless.

Wow, dimpz! That's a HUGE step and I'm glad it went well.

Introducing the new significant other to my mom is not something I take lightly.

Well I just got a text from my mother. She told me that yesterday she was diagnosed with glaucoma. It's pretty common in my family, and I know I'm also at high risk for it as well. Anyway, since I read the text, I've been a little sad. not sure why, glaucoma can be fatal, but it's very treatable. But I think this is the first time my mother has ever told me she had an affliction, so its making me pretty sad. And I do have to realize that I am getting a lot older now, and so is my mother. She's close to 60. So she will start having more physical problems. I guess I'm not really use to this type of stuff happening. And I do have to realize that these are things that I'm going to have to deal with. Anyway, probably a bad time for her to tell me, now I'm having problems concentrating at work. But I'm pretty good at holding myself together.

Aww man. Sorry to hear about you mom. Hows she taking it?

VH's toilet:

...sweet seat cover, btw.

HAHAHAHHA

I am utterly humbled you would remember something I'm a huge fan of and......thankful....for this wonderful gift.

...sweet seat cover, btw.
Hahah and it's stuff like this that requires a woman's panache and elegance to make look proper. I wouldn't have even bothered with a cover.

@Mr. 😱 Sorry to hear about your mother. I'm glad that in this day and age, it is something that is completely treatable.

@Poisson: That toilet rocks! Haha. That would totally be his toilet. It just needs it to be painted gold, the true mans "throne". Haha.

I am even MORE humbled that both beautiful mermaids remember something dear to me πŸ™‚

I'm just a jack of all trades, master of none! Haha. I just feel like I'm never satisfied with what I'm doing, my mom calls me her "professional student". Nothing like being introduced that way! πŸ˜›

I'll post a couple of more later on tonight.

There's actually something to be said about always wanting to try and learn new things. It's the difference between those of us who become life learners and those who settle to be content with what life throws their way.

Much respect for that. I can't wait to see your other pieces πŸ˜„

I miss my bub. 😒

ROCKY!! what happened?!?!

Last I remember she was doing well, especially after the vet visit? 😒

She started going downhill after the last check up. It was like a relapse of the last crash, except worse.

By the time I took her in, she couldn't really walk. I only held off like I did because she kept wanting to try being her and I didn't feel right taking that away from her. However, that morning, when I saw that she was trying to hide away and she couldn't get herself to the litter box, I knew she was done.

Had to put her down last Friday. 😒

Picking up her remains today. I'm sure that'll be more bawling on my part.

I'm just glad I was able to be with her and held her when she went. She wasn't a huge fan of the vet and the last thing I didn't want her to see was some stranger. She was in her mommy's arms, looking up at me when she went.

Despite having fosters, the house has felt pretty empty. My poor little girl. :/

Question: How would you all feel about going out of being close friends with someone who has no immediate close family? Seeing reading about dimpz introducing her awesomo new bf to the fam.

Ahhh Rocky 😒 I'm so flipping sorry.
I'll find a stray and kind of pseudo adopt it until I can find a home for it. I'll have the thing for just a week and I'll be bummed the next week it's gone. I cannot fathom what you're feeling after having her for so long.

I'm glad she was able to pass on both your terms.

You were more brave than I could have been and was, you know.
Take your time to grieve and keep her memory alive. She loved you very much.

Feby, there aren't enough +'s on the planet to give you for your kind words to Rocky. πŸ™‚

I wouldn't feel terribly bad about it. People will come and go from your life for no reasons besides just life's twists and turns taking you along different paths.

I've come to appreciate people for the time i have them. Conversely, I'm TERRIBLE about good-byes. There are only "Until next time"'s with me.
