Mr.Defense you remind me of a my dearest Virgoan friend. All this self-control does remind one of the ways in how a Scorpion would also cope in such cases.
Frankly, why and what is holding you back from being with her on your end? From all the reading thus far, in the last few pages, it seems you are the the only reason whom is barricading yourself in. Have you addressed this? Is it fear, logical reasoning, her lack of 'commitment' etc.?

Agreed with 911, Mr.D it seems you have gotten yourself to the point where you are using your highly capable mind, using that power of will to will something which you otherwise would know, logically, is nothing short of being infeasible. The attachment/emotions are riding to your head, you base all this upon intuition but have you gone through the motions of figuring out why or how these emotions manifest in the first place, where is the core, the source deriving from where and what? That is a very important question to ask yourself, because once you find this root you will be able to decipher then, by logic if what you are pursuing upon is but a healthy or unhealthy option at all.

I wouldn't put too much stock behind that tbh. It's very obvious behaviour when someone stops texting or cuts contact, anyone would notice I would've thought. People put too much stock behind pisces know all the right things to do or say or as if they're psychic. People aren't always as mysterious as they appear 🙂
It depends I guess. For what reasons do you disappear for? But again why is it so surprising when someone who cares for you actually notices?

Well I suppose that really can't be classified as disappearing. Outside of work and my immediate surroundings I don't really keep in touch with a lot of my friends. In fact there's some I don't talk to for years at a time and we can pick it up like not a day has gone by.
Could it be you expect others to just leave you alone based on your own behaviour? Do you genuinely find it weird when someone contacts you to check up on you? Are Caps always expecting there to be ulterior motives? *shrugs*
My definition of disappearing on someone is just that, you never talk to them again, they are blotted out from your life, not a care in the world for them and leaving them absolutely no way of contacting you.

@Jahls: Yeah fair enough I suppose! I guess we both fall into the category of not really contacting people out of the blue. I suppose I always find it a good thing when people do it otherwise I'd really be a hermit or something!

Only if you feel the need to of course 😛 I only ask because of curiosity not that I think it's the wrong thing or the right thing. If it helps I'm a very of the moment type person which is why I don't bother contacting people, it's whatever feels right.

I'm curious because my friend just recently 'converted'? Not even sure if you can be a convert but she use to dabble in it when we were kids mainly for spells and charms.
OR even experiences! I met supposedly another Wiccan while working, he caught sight of my pentagram which was a family heirloom. Started lecturing me on not practicing black magic etc which made my uncomfortable because I simply don't believe in black magic.
Even in these new age covens there seems to be some misguided people. I'm always interested in knowing whether for people it was a choice, if so WHY (is it really for all the fluff) or whether it was part of tradition for them.
touche! I'm big on the 3-fold law 😄 but I do like that you mentioned force of will, it is a very pagan practice at least it has for me personally.
