This applies very much to where I am in life right now, maybe less 15+ years ago but then I wasn't as "perceptive" about myself or my place in the world back then.
It's true, I'm never vengeful even when I want to be. I just can't hold onto the feeling. But this actually applies to every Cancer Moon I've known. We'll just say in a paternal manner, "See, I told you (you'd regret it)" but not out of malice, more like, I hope you learned your lesson for future reference.
My work place is infested with drama and cliques but somehow I manage to stay out of it and seem to have the respect of everyone even when I speak my mind, probably bc it comes from an objective place.
