My love life is inexistent at the moment. Torn between committing to an asexual, but comfortable relationship with a friend I've known for a long time (practically giving up on romantic love), or continuing flirting with my challenging Gem ex without actually dating him (I still have feelings for him though), or finding someone new....
The last option should have come natural to me, but for some reason I feel emotionally drained and have no intention on dating. Uranus just (re?) entered my 5th house. Neptune is leaving my Moon-Sun conjunction after 7 years of intense emotional turmoil, and I'm glad. Falling in love with two men during that time and dating several others was exhausting.

Hey Star, I need some help. My ex friend called me today. I haven't talked to her in 3 yrs (I told her she was dead to me and to never contact me again). She said she was compelled by god to apologize, but didn't elaborate. I asked her about what, she said for not being a good enough friend when I needed her to be, long story short I told her that's not why I stopped being friends with her, but I did put the affair on the table (between her and my ex). She denied it. I felt the truth of her when she said she misses me, but I felt the lie when she denied the affair. Stupid me, I'm doubting my own gut feeling and intuition because I don't have hard evidence, only circumstantial evidence. Every reading I've done over the last 3 yrs has never changed on this. However, I'm hardly unbiased in this, so could you please look and see: did she or did she not have an affair with my ex?

I'm having a hard time disentangling myself from the reading, so part of me is reading that the cards apply to me, but they could or should apply to the ex friend and the ex. Suppression of my gut feelings/intuition? Or Suppression of their feelings for each other? Creativity is part of my driving force (and it is)? Or Creativity is what their connection sparks in both of them? Thunderbolt is a good description of what it feels like to intuitively suspect the worst of a friend, so is that for me? Or is Thunderbolt what happened between them, something they felt compelled towards? My readings say they're soulmates to each other....so if my knowing is correct then I do understand the connection, despite the fact that it fucking HURTS that I'm the one who got caught in the middle, and I"m pissed that they didn't trust me enough to talk to me about it even though I understand how bloody hard that would be to do to your best friend "hey, so your husband and I are soulmates and have this horrible urge to be together and we both know this is so fucking wrong, but we can't stop how right it feels to be together"....

Yeah, a shock is an understatement. I want to hug her and cry and beat the fucking shit out of her all at the same time, and maybe blow a couple of planets up just for good measure while I'm at it. Which things did she keep to herself? The affair? She was def. creative in it. I think I was her excuse for her to have contact with him. The thunderbolt struck me 3 yrs ago with this issue and I thought telling her she was dead to me and to never contact me again made her obsolete and out of my hair....but here she is calling and less than a week before a court date with him over custody. I still am confused on this whole mess.

The confusion is me doubting my instincts on this. I have no hard PROOF, there's no photos, I didn't walk in on them....everything is circumstantial and highly suspicious. So what if I was wrong and I accused someone wrongly? If so I owe her a huge fucking apology for making an accusation like that. He was not an ex, in fact, when I reflect back on the men of my past. Most of them have faded, I still have memories of them but they lack colour and detail by now. Their memories do not trigger any emotion.
The Water Bearer, was one who pursued me for years, I never could see him beyond a companion, a friend. I too wonder if they reappear in our thoughts, when they are thinking of us, but I always feel a strong sense of nostalgia and longing whenever the thoughts of him reappear. Not so much as a longing for him, but of another time, fond memories of a different version of myself.
Recently, since he resurfaced in my thoughts, it dawned on me that I should consider contacting him, but I am not one to reach into my past. I do not know why but I feel the pull to ensure that he is well. An empath here, the weight of being one.
His father, was a figure he greatly admired, from what I remember, his loss weighed heavily on him and our last conversation shortly after the funeral, etc. I knew something changed in him, he was very different. From what I have heard in our mutual circles, he has kept to the same life style as before, not one he wanted to keep on, when his father was around.
I most likely do not need this energy at this moment, been trying to make peace with all that has dragged me down whilst keeping a positive now.

Torn between committing to an asexual, but comfortable relationship with a friend I've known for a long time (practically giving up on romantic love), or continuing flirting with my challenging Gem ex without actually dating him (I still have feelings for him though), or finding someone new....
The last option should have come natural to me, but for some reason I feel emotionally drained and have no intention on dating. Uranus just (re?) entered my 5th house. Neptune is leaving my Moon-Sun conjunction after 7 years of intense emotional turmoil, and I'm glad. Falling in love with two men during that time and dating several others was exhausting.

I've decided that I'll be very careful about what I trust her with, but willing to see how things are, basically observe and read her and store info away. I did stop by her house completely unannounced and unplanned, very spur of the moment, just to see how she would react. Genuine tears, hugs and crying, plus happy excitement, so at least she's consistent with what she said on the phone, the one thing I know she was honest about. I talked to a very unbiased (someone who doesn't know her and has never met her) professional psychologist about the situation and basically this could be a healing process. I was also asked by the professional if any of that history matters, because "she may have done you a huge favor" (in taking him away). And I have to laugh, because it doesn't really matter since I don't want him and I'm not fighting for him. The only thing that matters is my own happiness and the happiness of my kids, and they've always been friends with her kids (they've all known each other since they were born)....so I remain cautious with her and don't divulge too much info that isn't her business and the kids have contact with their friends. I'm ok with this.
