ketchup is garbage. the original ketchup has noting to do with tomato.
Tomato contains nutrients and vitamins, ketchup is mostly garbage that will trigger inflammations in the body
Omg I could live off of avocados, but I refuse to touch guacamole. The way it looks just doesnt sit right with my spirit.
Listen, I understand where you're coming from. I would offer an alternative, have it prepared by somebody who actually speaks Spanish more than 70% of the time and doesn't weigh 110 lb to show you the light at the end of the tunnel.

I think real avocado spoils too fast to be sold in a preparation anyway, that explains the fake stuff.
I've seen some that claim real avocado, but it probably contains very little of it and lots of preservatives
