She's Virgo Sun/Sag Moon, north node in Pisces, though.
About 20 years ago, she started a cat rescue and it grew.
Very nice in HawaiiMy mom had the same combo, virgo/sadge...that's a very helpful pairing. Very much into good causes but not many people willing to help them when they are the ones needing help. Also very funny & very sarcastic. Deadly tongue.

Yes and no - you can own the buildings but you can't own the land. - odd but that's the way it is.
I agree, but it's her mission in life to rescue abused cats - they've had major cat population there and...
the terrible things done to the cats could make one's heart bleed.

Yes. Food stealing between family members have drawn blood in my household. This is not a joke. There's an invisible territory on each food which summons the kraken whenever one senses his properties is in danger
