9 killed in church shooting in South Carolina

A white man walked into a historic African-American church in Charleston, South Carolina, and opened fire during a Bible study class, killing nine people Wednesday evening.

The suspect was still on the run early Thursday morning. And the shooting at the Emanuel African Methodist Episcopal Church, the oldest AME church in the South, is being investigated as a hate crime.

—The only reason someone would walk into a church and shoot people that were praying is hate,?? said Charleston Mayor Joe Riley.

1st off, the pool party incident was hosted by a black teenager, when her black friends came in bunches, whites became angry and started hurling racial slurs at them.THAT is what created to the hostile environment..the police came and did what they normally do, which wasn't surprising, and is also why i didn't make a thread about it.

I agree. Some cops are bad just like some people in general are ba, but some are also kind. A white cop was recently on the news in my area for letting a black woman and her children sit in his car to wait for the bus because it was pouring down rain.
