A 2nd American Civil War?

If there were another one I think it'd be between East and West. I think after the first one I came to realize that Northerners and Southerners actually have a lot in common, similar ways of doing things but different attitude and same willpower. When I compare East and West I think we have very different ways of thinking, doing, and possibly willpower. Hopefully there will never be one. But another Civil War at the moment is just hypothetical. Not in my lifetime but not exactly impossible. Thoughts?

A=Committing the Crimes vs. B=those defending against the crimes, and government would be trying to stop A from committing the crimes while punishing the vigilantes from B who decided to take the law in their own hands.

Read the 2nd amendment. "B" would be the force allowable by government that "A" would have to endure.

Foreign OR Domestic

A civil war in America today would be insane. Like KVZ I imagine LA riots except nation wide and amplified.

Poor people would be looting, raping, and pillagin. The rich would probably be hiding while supporting the cops and goverment.

I imagine our government would begin clearing bank accounts, forcing people to comply or go crazy and become a target. Cops and some of the military would be killing in mass numbers.

Americans rioting in the streets would be considered terrorists to the government, and would be bombed by air strikes. They would be dropping bombs right in the middle of the crowd.

The civilians still might have a chance to win. There are too many of them, but the only problem is their all deranged and insane.

Not to mention the countries that hate us the most would use the opertunity to launch attacks while we're having this ordeal.

I dunno. I like the Mexican heritage. They have a huge voice in these parts. I'd like to see more rise in goverment.

Think about it. How many wars has Mexico even fought in or lost? They seem to keep out of wars and un noticed by the rest world. I rather have that then what we have now. Half the world thinks were the devil and the other half hates us because its the cool thing to do now a day. Even we hate us.

I could easily give up whiskey and burgers for tequila and tacos.

Well, there was the Mexican American war over Texas....that's the only war I can think of.

I think the Mexican culture is awesome. It's a shame the drug cartels are ruining it, where people don't want to visit Mexico anymore.

Yeah I like Mexico. It'd be a shame if it was gone.

Well, they're from Mexico aren't they?

I think maybe you're meaning Mexican-Americans? They need to step up and seek more of a voice, get more involved in politics. They don't complain about racism, very proud and nonassuming people, but I'm sure they get it too. In Texas, their heritage is part of our heritage.
