I think what she went through in the past matured her big time, and taught her not to sweat the small stuff and just lead as positive a life as she can. She's straight aces in my book.

But when it comes to people around here, it rarely is uncalled for. Each one of them showed their true colors afterwards, and automatically became fair game. Once that happens, I don't hold back because their feelings don't matter to me anymore.

I have an irritating tendency to see the good in everyone, and I couldn't hold a grudge if my life depended on it. Call it a strength or a weakness...I dunno. I remember Fantum, Algol rings a bell but I don't think we interacted much back in the day. And don't worry about his mood. If he ain't in the mood, IT will put him in the mood.
And seeing the good in everyone all the time is definitely not a good thing, because that's how you open the door to being taken advantage of.
Then on the other extreme end you got me, I'm predisposed to seeing the bad in everyone lol, that way I'm not surprised when people stab me in the back. I just lean back and go "Jelle, told ya so". I always see it coming because I have the ability to see right through people, straight to the darkest corners of their mind, that's why I wanna be a criminal psychologist.
A middle ground would be good, but for me to go that way would be too difficult, because I'd have to let my guard down. And after everything I've seen in my 34 years of life, I just can't do that.
