My ex's brother-in-law is in this local band with Murray from the Wiggles and it's so weird to see him ripping it up to 80s rock. Random trivia they use to be in a band called finger pistols and that's why the wiggles do the infamous finger gun move lol.

I had some african blend this morning and then I drank three cups of green tea. The T2 green tea 'buddha's tears' that looks like cockroach poos and then unfurls gracefully in the hot water

Cockroach poo unfurling...Nina, that puts a strange imagery in my head!

Ay, African Blend does nothing for my system, actually coffee at night would still put me to sleep (make that double espresso).

Well, a warm bath would cause your circulation to pick up speed, which would influence your already no drowsy state, making the caffeine rush up to your head swiftly.

Chamomile, Mint and Catnip Tea are the best for insomniacs, give them all a try.

Catnip!! Thank you I will. If I buy catnip from the pet store for my babies can I use that?

No no, the best would be fresh leaves of catnip which you can chew on, or supplements found at the health food store or proper catnip tea, which you could drink with honey and lemon to add to the taste (it is actually a very good detoxifier).
