They'd have to. Freeway driving is total shit. Anything to keep it interesting while stuck out there haha.

Also, adding to the "weird" concept in CA...

I've seen someone wearing an Iron Man mask while driving.

Around Halloween, someone had a fake (yes it was fake) leg hanging out of their car's trunk.

Someone turned their Jeep into a Jurassic World themed Jeep- claw marks across the hood and the side of the car and everything.

There was another car where the "hood ornament" was a dinosaur super glued to the car.

A few years back, a couple was arguing in the mall parking lot. She gets in the car and starts to take off. Just as she's leaving, he jumps on the roof and hangs on. The last thing I see is a car driving away with a guy clinging to the roof.
