Actually, I even prefer the idea of threads being here for a day or two and then disappearing. Imagine everything you do and say being recorded just so some randomer can pin you to it some months down the line or so that others can just pick it apart. But I do like when old threads come out again sometimes. So them disappearing would have a huge downfall too.
