For me, the sexiest is when a man is working hard. Doesn't have to be physical labor, but when they know what they are doing and are focusing, it's really attractive to me.
Sex Appeal? I don't really know. I think it's just an energy people have. It's not a uniform thing for me. There isn't one specific thing or feature, but it's mostly when I look at someone and there is that "zing" feeling and can't take my eyes off of them.
