Everything coming in full circle

I think I have this weird stage in my life where everything I felt in 2003-4 is coming back to haunt me. There were days when I feel so down but was able to recover and felt better the following days... but last night and then today, I feel so down, almost nothing could make me happy.

There are days in between when I'm very excited about my future. It is true, I have so much to look forward to, including the results of the Bar exams, and total financial freedom which is about to happen once I pass the bar, but I also have so many worries.

I couldn't sleep last night thinking about my problems... and I was also late for the office today.

And how many times do I have to tell myself, "it ain't over till it's over." I want to quit but I want to fight too.

Any advice you could give me?
