Captain America is the anthropomorphic embodiment of "American Freedom" from the 40's.

He doesn't need a boyfriend or a girlfriend. His value isn't determined by whether or not he's in a relationship.

Cap and Bucky are just some reaallly good straight friends, who happen to be drawn together by a tragic past, and bucky looks real nice sometimes and cap wouldn't mind holding him to safety the next time he falls in peril's way, and he would destroy an army of cybrogs to get to his friends, and his heart might beat a little faster at the thought of an injured bucky smiling to him while he gently arranges his hair and tells him that everything will be okay, but nothing else than that and keep it like that please.
I'd hate to see them become some flag-waving tumblrite fag-warriors.

I'm having a hard time seeing Captain America as gay. Bromance definitely but not romance. He seems like the sort to be loved by many and yet unable to extend himself to anyone.

And I'd rather Elsa just stay single and strengthen her bonds with her sister Anna and the others. She bore a burden by herself for too long so needs the love of family and friends firstly. Romance can fuck off for a while. If romance were to happen I'd rather it be with a dude who can do fire magic.

Honestly, for Elsa, I'm not a frozen fan, so don't care what they do.

As for Captain America, I highly doubt they'd be able to portray it correctly and believably if they even tried. He was raised in the 40s/50s so he would have been the closet most likely if he was gay. They can't really devote a story about him dealing with how the values changed from then to now and showcase his struggle to acclimate to a society that once sentenced you to damnation to one where it various on the person you're out to.
